I was driving through West Virginia and needed a place to stay overnight. The reviews suggested a lot of positives. I was happy with my choice. As noted by others, the breakfast is geared toward cold cereal, oatmeal, waffles, and muffins/toast good enough for me, but for the cost, no need for eggs, bacon, sausages, omelets, etc. Any dissatisfied guest should head for the local breakfast joint, Cracker Barrel, etc. not too far away. The parking was well-lighted. It is very close to the interstate. The AC/heater had an exceptionally quiet fan. Just what I needed.

The location was perfect. Easy to get in and out of. Right off the highway. The property is located outside Beckley but only about 4.5 miles from food and shopping. The staff at the hotel was amazing. They were so accommodating and ensured we had what we need at check-in. Also placed us close to another family we were traveling with, which was nice.

Staff when I checked in was very friendly and accommodating. The rest of the staff were not as cordial. Other than that it was a great place. Close to the interstate.

I love the location. It's out of the way and not so noisy. There are several restaurants that deliver only a few miles away, if you'd rather eat in. The bedding was clean, comfortable, and warm and there were four pillows on each bed! I also love the fact the hotel allows my dog - who travels with me everywhere. (This was our second stay at The Sleep Inn Beaver-Beckley.) On an additional note, there is a fairly large lawn in front of the hotel, where I can walk with my dog in the morning and in evening before we retire. To me, that is a huge perk! So much better than walking my dog around in a parking lot!

Breakfast was pretty good; room was clean and serviceable. The desk folks did us a huge favor by calling us when they found my son's airpods. Fortunately we were going to be headed back by the area, so we did not lose too much time. Big props to the Sleep Inn staff for preventing a loss of a non-trivial item.

I thought the decor was much nicer and more updated than most other hotels I've stayed in. It was calming green and neutral tones with nature photography on the walls. The facilities were also very clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. They gave my dog treats both when I checked in and checked out. The hotel has very easy access from the highway as well.

Room was clean and fairly well kept. Staff was friendly and accommodating when we requested to be on a main floor. Breakfast was decent.

Breakfast was a loss. Not much was offered, Coffee was excellent. This factor reduced my rating.
